Contact Information Downtown Women’s Center We are open Tuesdays through Fridays, 9-2. We are located in downtown Portland, on the corner of Tenth and Washington Streets. We are on the ninth floor of a large building called the Portland Medical Center, in Suite 905. We have not had anti-abortion protesters at our site in years.
